Local Area Deliveries Delivery is guaranteed to the roadside or wherever the delivery vehicle can park. Goods will be stacked as neatly as possible, and can be taken onto your site, at the discretion of our delivery driver, and at your own risk. Please inform us at the outset if there are any access di culties, e.g., narrow lanes and steep drive so that an appropriately sized vehicle can be allocated to your order. When will my order be delivered? Presently, we are allocating delivery slots when they are available and your delivery date will be shown on your order. We always email you to con rm your order details, you will receive a text alert and/or email the day before delivery is due advising of an estimated delivery time. Product Shortages Due to ongoing product supply issues, it is recommended not to booked in contractors to carry out the work until all materials have been delivered, as we are not liable for contractor charges if deliveries do not go out on the speci ed date. We sometimes delay orders due to not having stock and this would be con rmed by telephone or email. How much will delivery cost? When you register your address details then your postcode is used to determine the delivery costs. Delivery costs start from £9.95 plus VAT. Where do you deliver? We deliver to a radius of approximately 50 miles from our distribution centre in Bradford. ESTATES LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE YOUR GARDEN PROJECT DELIVEREDTOYOUR DOOR • The colour of TANALISED ® E pressure treated timber slowly weathers to a warm, honey brown and in the longer term to a natural silver grey. • Any timber surface exposed by cross cutting, drilling, notching or boring must be brushed with end-grain preservative to maintain the integrity of the treatment. • Please note that a high percentage of treated timber in stock will be Tanalised E, some timbers may be treated by similar preservatives. • Some Timber Products will develop checks (splits along the grain). This is perfectly natural and will not reduce the strength of the timber. Timber is a natural product and will react to atmosphere changes. Therefore we can not be responsible for checks and warping, which are natural features and are not covered by any guarantee. Thank you.
