Vida has the most relaxed atmosphere where the whole focus is on the wellbeing of each individual resident. Mum is clearly less anxious than prior to moving to Vida and we regularly see her character shining through which melts our hearts. Family Member The staff are truly dedicated, highly experienced in dementia care and care superbly for my mum by keeping her safe, happy and loved during these difficult times. We are regularly updated on mum’s activities, health and wellbeing. We cannot recommend Vida Hall highly enough to other families who are looking for specialist dementia care for their loved one. Family Member Mum settled in well and I put this down to the safe environment of Vida and the love, care and compassion given to her by all staff. Personal care is now less distressing for her due to the dignified, caring way this is addressed by staff. Family Member I just want to send some feedback to you and the team. We’ve been really struggling to engage with Dad on video or through the glass visits since March. We had a video call today with his Carer Scott and it went much better than the last one. It made my heart melt when we managed to get a smile out of him. We were talking about things he does and doesn’t like and I mentioned melon. His eyebrows went up so there was definitely some recognition of a food he hates! I want to give a special thanks to all his Carers who do such an amazing job of looking after him but especially Scott. I’m so grateful to him and everyone at Vida Grange. Thank you. Family Member
