My Dad is being treated as he deserves, with love and respect. They keep us updated regularly via their Vida app and weekly family meetings. We have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. We have found no other care home that can come close to them, even with us having to travel 1.5 hours. The staff have been amazing with him, even though he sometimes can be quite a challenge. More importantly, they have made me feel so welcome, even through these challenging times we are living in.
