Vida is in a completely different league to all other homes I have visited. Smaller houses within the home make it more intimate and secure for the residents. The quality of staff training and development of their understanding with regards to dementia is amazing. Also, the staff ratio to residents is much higher than most other homes. Food quality is also excellent, nothing is skimped in their service. I cannot speak highly enough of Vida. Family Member I would like to say how very impressed I was with the kindness and the individual care and attention given by the staff to all the residents when I have visited my husband on Victoria House.
